Privacy Policy

Information you give us:

• Account details: name, email address and country.
• Verification details, only if we ask you to verify your identity (see our Terms of Use): date of birth, address, government ID and a liveness check, collected by our identity-verification provider.
• Payment and payout details: the coin, network, amounts, wallet addresses and transaction IDs of your payments, and the payout wallet you give us. Payments are processed by our crypto payment processor; we never hold your private keys.
• Messages you send us.

Information created when you use the Services:

• Trading activity on your accounts, received from VOID Trader: orders, positions, balances, rule checks, payouts and API key usage, including activity by AI agents you connect.
• Purchase records, including any discount or referral code used.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, and how you use the Services.

Government ID and financial account details can count as sensitive personal information. We use them only to verify your identity, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and pay you. We don't use them to infer anything else about you.

• To create and run your accounts, enforce the rules and process payouts (to perform our contract with you).
• To verify your identity and eligibility when we ask for it, and to prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited trading (our legitimate interests and legal obligations).
• To take payments and keep records (contract and legal obligations).
• To provide support and tell you about your accounts (contract).
• To keep the site and Services secure and working well (legitimate interests).

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Account rules, such as drawdown and daily loss limits, are enforced automatically by the trading platform without human review, and a breach fails or closes the account. You agree to this when you buy an evaluation. Decisions about suspected fraud or prohibited trading are reviewed by a person.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can ask for a person to review an automated decision, give your point of view and contest it.

• VOID Trader, which hosts and operates your trading accounts.
• Payment processors and payout providers.
• Identity-verification, sanctions-screening and fraud-prevention providers.
• Hosting, email and analytics providers that work on our behalf.
• Authorities, courts or advisers where the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.
• A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganised.

Service providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.

prpd.fun doesn't currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll update this section and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first. Your trading accounts run on VOID Trader, which uses its own cookies for login and security.

Live prices on the site are loaded by your browser directly from Hyperliquid's public API, so Hyperliquid receives your IP address when you view the site.

We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no agreed standard for them.

We keep personal information while you have an account and for as long as needed to keep transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. After your account is closed we keep it for no more than five years, unless the law requires longer, and then delete or anonymise it.

Payments and payouts are recorded on public blockchains. Those records are permanent and visible to anyone, and neither we nor anyone else can change or delete them. Deleting your account removes the link we hold between you and those transactions, not the transactions themselves.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy, including in a portable format;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information, subject to records we must keep;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent you've given, without affecting earlier processing.

To make a request, send an email to support@prpd.fun (or a direct message to @PRPDProp on X). We may need to verify your identity first. If we refuse your request, you can appeal by emailing us with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we'll reply within 45 days.

In the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

California residents have the rights above plus the right to know what we collect and why, to limit the use of sensitive information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Residents of other US states with privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah and Virginia, have similar rights, and can contact their state attorney general if an appeal is refused.

We and our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we protect those transfers with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so keep your password and API keys safe and tell us if you think they've been compromised.

The Services are only for adults aged 18 or over. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll review the account and delete it.

We may update this policy as the Services or the law change, and will post the new version here with a new date.
